I had the pleasure of working with Malena for both my regional teams’ annual offsite and a 2 day Leaders’ workshop. Both events were 100% successful both professionally and personally for my teams. Malena knows how to interpret both the needs of the business and the team, and create content and activities that will enhance both. Most importantly her energy and empathy, guides the group to keep everyone’s interest high and go deep into learning and the objectives. Several people on the team even reached out to Malena to continue their leadership journeys guided by her. I hope we have opportunities to continue working with Malena in the future.
